Week 3 Day 2

This morning it was really hard to get up. I was going to get up and do Plyometrics, but since I woke up late I ended up going to the gym and running for 25 minutes. It was pretty good. My shin splints are getting a little better since I bought new shoes. I started icing them at work and it helps a lot. At lunch today I ran for another 25 minutes in the zone. The zone for me is with my heart rate between 155-165bps so I can lose the fat.

Tomorrow hopefully I can get up on time and get a good workout in.
